Weight loss for August 14 1/2 pounds.
I have decided to make Mondays and Fridays my official weigh-in days. The weekend seems to be the riskiest time for me to go off-plan. The Friday weigh-in should motivate to stay on track - don't mess up a good losing streak, and the prospect of a Monday weigh-in should hold me accountable. I'll see how that works during the month of September.
DS#6 and his gang have moved out. My house needs some major attention before we host the "Stand in the Gap" group from the University for a swim/campfire on Friday evening. But I'm heading over to their new house today to help them unpack and set up the beds and kids rooms because they start classes in their new school tomorrow.
