Refined carbs and sugar....you would think I know by now🙈
142.9 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have always had such a strong will power and lately it is just not there. I went for almost 2 years without eating any sugar and now it has become an addiction. I just have to cut it out completely again.

Failing ourselves I think is a necessary ingredient to our growth path. Admitting that we failed ourselves is awesomely brave. You go girl 👌, enjoy your journey.
