Finally broke the 200 mark. I will get excited if I can stay there! My weight is like a ping pong ball! I have been here before but want to stay and go lower. Have been off sugar and simple carbs for five days now.

Thank you all! I really don't get here as often as I'd like.
Holding steady so far. Have been weighing daily just to get a handle on the daily ups and downs. I generally weigh on Thursdays to check actual gains or losses. Will keep you posted!
