16. Atkins 13. Went down 2 since yesterday, but ate just 2 bars of Atkins for dinner. Not a lot of energy. My sleep is not good at all. I feel very tired this morning. Maybe I need to eat more fats....Let's see if I can do that extra lb. this week.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
