No change..trying something different 1 week off exercising and starting too 16 hour IF hoping gain full muscle recovery with abit of weightloss we will see hope every1 is achieving there goals..👍🏼💪🏼
179.7 lb Lost so far: 59.3 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
