Better day yesterday. ..not so great today! Its ok to start slow. I have still gotten in 30 min of exercise every day!! woot woot!!! Did some talking out loud today with Terri. ..start slow..I dont jave to be perfect feom the start. looking back. ..what were those things that I began doing to make the changes? I drank 1 gal of distilled water every day..moved every day and focused on ME!! GOOD PLACE TO START! !!
277.0 lb Lost so far: 119.6 lb.    Still to go: 132.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
