ok...went to gym to ride bike -6 miles! Also, started low carb eating...no sugar! good start. 21 days to make it a habit. .lets count it down!! headed out for day #2...19 days to go :) I CAN DO THIS! ! I HAVE TO!!!!
276.0 lb Lost so far: 120.6 lb.    Still to go: 131.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
