So, after vacation I am back on my pee diet. Funny how quick one gets used to it again. Good results after 2 days. My morning pee was yellow/orangish, indicating that i haven't been hydrated enough. I will drink my 4-6 liters water today and it should be fine and easier to swallow tomorrow.
