Ablation procedure is done and went well. Takes about 2 months to see if it was 100% successful. Not doing a great job with the eating habits the past couple of weeks. Thankfully, no gain.
Something I learned from the AFIB journey is that obesity is one of the highest contributers. Need to keep BMI under 28 to lessen that risk factor. I am nearly there.
