*sigh* ... I know why I avoided stepping on my scale 🙈
140.9 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

I learnt in the 5 &1/2 years of going on low carb diet that the Scales don't always tell the whole story. Look for other markers. Are your clothes feeling looser? Do you feel more energy, sleeping better? Is your body turning fat into more muscle? 5 kgs of Fat and 5 kgs Muscle weigh the same but a great difference in size. Google it and see what I mean. At first, you may loose a lot of water weight, but it takes time to burn old body fat. Don't give up. After all, we all took a long time to get here, so appreciate it will take time to reverse this. Check out old photos of yourself and compare yourself to how you look today. Do you see any improvements? Then you are a WINNER! Congratulations on your efforts and success so far.

Thanks Trish and Diana 💕 Lucky me I always know where the weight gain is coming from, if only I could be stronger to resist the no-foods 🙈
