Friday was my first regular full lift day in about ten days. Yesterday I chilled most of the day. We went to a Mexican restaurant for lunch and we ate so heavy we didn't want any dinner. I took a nap instead. I ate under my calorie goal, met my protein goal and did not meet some activity goals. 588 deficit // BF↓0.1% // Sleep Goal met
151.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I live in the Sonoran Desert in Arizona. So we have regional Mexican food, of course. I"m planning a trip soon to El Molinito. I will get a bean tostada. I think is will be the healthiest menu item. I will check it on fatsecret after I eat it.
