well have appeal in to insurance for surgery. so disappointed. it has been a little over a week since i found out. not my fault i did everything right they missed a portion clearly sent to them. sooooooo i gained 4 lbs and now i must recover my dedication and continue on no matter what the outcome i really have changed my eating habits so dont give up now, it helped to journal so i will be positive moving forward hope and pray.
