Im trying my best to stay low carb, but if I go too low, I get all dizzy, shaky, and really spacy. I wonder if its easier to go into ketosis breastfeeding? Either way, Im eating carrots, grapefruit, and some other low glycemic foods to stabilize me. Ive lost 35 pounds in 2 weeks! Im guessing I was retaining 20 pounds of water? Weird..
149.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I wouldn't try to do low carb right now. I know ppl try to say it's safe but it isn't, not while breastfeeding. You need carbs for energy and the baby needs them too. I'm trying to eat 1800ish calories and all the carbs I want!! They're all I have time for. A bagel, crackers, pretzels... it's really hard to get a full meal prepared by myself right now!! lol!!
