Not sure. Ahh. High protein has always worked for me but I think I need to tone it down. I’ve been working out 90 minutes a day with specific weight loss goal date in mind (2 lbs a week) but my metabolism might not agree with the date.
138.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
