Back and forth. I'll focus on the positives. I've gotten a lot stronger with all the exercises. There was a point where I couldn't do one or two burpees and now I can do multiple throughout a 40-minute workout.

My stamina has increased considerably. I've started doing runs and on my third run since high school I did 5km in 29:18. I'm happy with that, it's not the fastest time but I sure surprised myself. And hey, my measurements are still going down. So glad I started doing that.

174.6 lb Lost so far: 22.7 lb.    Still to go: 20.3 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
