7.06.09 workout 17 min run plus 3 sets of: 20 Curls, 6 assisted pullups, 20 pushups, 15 leg lifts, 3 pullups & 20 Squats. We are blessed ! It's a Girl ! I love you my baby I can't wait to hold you in our arms ... All the thanks be to God. Amen
251.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
