Biked to an open mic last night, the first time in a long time when it wasn't predicted to rain. Magic Hat beer rep was there so I got a free beer. I drank a lot of water to stay hydrated. Also had a mint julep and a burger so today I'm fasting. Got home and had an entire Family Dollar dark chocolate bar to celebrate getting back on the grind. I'm behind on my Pilates but I hope to catch up. I've mostly cut back on the dumbbell weights because the program I'm using recommends using light weights in the first month. Even with light weights, some of the exercises are still a strain. I ordered a unicycle, partly to help with my balance, partly as a backup, partly as a way to get home if I have to take the bike in for repairs or a tuneup. We are in a string of 90 degree days but it's the humidity that gets to me. Sticky, sticky, sticky. Last year this day I weighed around 164. Progress! I still have ten pounds to go, I estimate.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
