Totally slipped up last week with the app. Although I still kept meticulous record of everything I ate on my dayplanner, I was just too lazy to indicate it all on the app every day. So I don't know what my calorie count per day and average for the week was. My estimate is that I hovered on an average of 2200 - 2500 per day. And I avoided exercise like the plague. But from today onwards, I'm once again indicating everything on FatSecret, it really helps to keep one motivated by seeing the total calorie count. I did lose a kg, so I'm fairly pleased with myself, and I'm pretty much on my ideal weight. But getting to 78 kg, at the bottom of the BMI scale, is still my goal. Together with some muscles then I'll probably be declared perfect by the government and get stuffed into a museum.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
