It's been a rough few weeks. Pretty much as soon as I was out of the hospital, my husband got us all sick. Not covid, but an aggressive little virus that turned into a chest cold. Sucked what little energy I did have. The heart meds were really messing with me as well. Doc had to take me off of them.
No WOE was followed, but I didn't go hog wild either. Was really expecting the scale to remain at the 194 mark, so the 188 was a nice surprise.
Back to good health, so back to tracking meals.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
