This morning was great, low temperature and humidity, so of course I procrastinated until the afternoon when it was hot and sticky to do my hour of catch-up Pilates. Apply palm to forehead in classic I could have had a V-8 gesture. I thought about switching over to using gentle core exercises from the Harvard Medical School because I may have plateaued but I'm worried about losing the progress I've made. My thighs are still pretty jiggly so I have a way to go. I think I will add ten minute sets of the gentle core exercises when I can find the time.

I ordered a fruit infuser for a water pitcher because I'm trying to get away from drinking tea and other liquids with sugar or even low-calorie sweeteners like Stevia and Monk Fruit.

The dumbbell set I ordered from ProTek on Amazon which was supposed to arrive on Friday still shows as in transit to the carrier which means USPS still hasn't gotten it although it's been informed it's supposed to arrive. It's been that way since I ordered it June 4. I don't see the point in shipping something two day priority mail when they haven't even got it to the post office after ten days. I wrote ProTek on Saturday so I hope to get the ball, or the dumbbells, rolling. Other people on ProTek's Amazon page talk about their great customer service and fast shipping so I guess I fell through the cracks - or my dumbbells did.

The medium-sized dehumidifier arrived but it hasn't made that much difference, mainly because it hasn't been that humid. I must have a very low tolerance for humidity because it doesn't take much for me to feel sticky.
157.2 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
