weight is still the same BF 32 Hydro 49 ( ... oh i am sore with the new workout 6.28.09 2.0 mile run / workout Approx 15 min (3 sets NO REST) 6 assisted pullups 20 pushups 15 ab leg lifts & 3 pullups. Workout is set for everyother day ...
252.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
