haven't been recording and eating alot of foods I know are high calorie but have been on vacation for the past week and a half. Didn't go overboard but did do some chips. popcorn and even cake. Even surprised I didn't gain more. Well 'mm back again and trying to get in the habit of recording food it does help.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
