well i dont really know what i weigh so im only going to be weighing in once a week on tuesday morning i plan on starting a new weight then ... ive got different scales and they all weigh me something different so im going to use my weight watcher scales starting tuesday on june 30th ...
171.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
