On my way to my goal despite two handfuls of cheese balls, a chicken tender and some more unmentionables with a glass of wine to wash it down.

I exceeded my RDA intake of sodium in 10 min between the above mentioned and the cup of Mido soup I logged.

I WILL MASTER THE LAW OF THERMODYNAMICS and win!!!

You're doing something right since the scale is heading in the right direction. You ate cheese balls and had a loss, I had a weak moment Micky D's yesterday and also have a loss. So maybe Micky D's and cheese balls as a diet for weight loss? Kidding, I don't think so. Keep up the good work. :)

@Draglist - I dont want to count the Cheeze balls. You are such a meanie. (you are right, just the old me lashing out) @jmb3450 - Hmmn I wonder what will happen when I combine the Micky Ds and the Cheeze balls - Heaven!!!!! All kiddings aside. I am really proud of my self, a little hungry, proud overall. Thanks for your support

Utz's Cheese Ball's are the best. There is an article in Runners World in which there is a photo sequence of a women first eating cheese balls and then getting up to go for a run. It made me pause to think when was the last time I had them. It was probably around Dec - Jan time frame. I sure do miss them....! But I echo Draglist and count the cheese balls. Anything I stuff in my pie hole gets logged on Fatsecret. I've faltered at times but the logging of my intake has really worked for me over the last 5 months

@Movnmik - Yes, we have the HUGE tub of Utz at our house..Luv it!!!! According to calorie count there are 32 balls per serving. I don't I could fit 15 balls in one hand therefore my two handfulls were less than 150 calories. Phew!!! @Draglist - I am still large working on getting to your weight and beyond. I can't believe you used to be that large. Awesome job!!!
