Headed in the right direction .... made breakfast for Laura this morning .... will do some pull ups abs and push ups today .... will get in a run Friday morning (ran on Wed) then off to the beach ! can't wait )
254.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
