Last weigh in before my birthday weekend 🎉, really happy with myself as I had a target of being within 63kgs before I turned 32! 💜

140.4 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb. Still to go: 1.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.5 lb a week
