Had a really great run this morning and my stride/breathing feels really good ! 2.55 miles ran 1.55 walked 1m. I am focused on 220 lb, BF 23%, Hydro 58% and Fat intake of +/- 67g/day. Will weigh in Thursday ... Still scale shocked from last week ( .. Laura bought new maternity clothes (17 weeks) and she looks so awesome ... can't wait to see our baby ....
256.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
