So I eat a dinner last night that weighed 1.25 lbs and then had another .75 lb of red wine (11oz) and a snack of walnuts, dark chocolate and Cheerios and somehow weigh in at a new low this morning. 🤔
156.5 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week

Thanks, Buenita…I’m not trying to lose more though. I’m close enough to my 10th grade weight of 155…maybe I’ll hit it once for nostalgia. I remember my JV football coach asking me how much I weighed and I told him 155. He replied, “Yeah, soaking wet maybe.” Then he proceeded to put me at left guard and criticized my blocking ability. Lol, what an ass. That was 27 years ago. 😳
