Well i went over my 2000 cal day goal and only had one day of exercise in the last 5 days ... i consumed beer and kinda let go ... but kept tabs on all my consumption ... weight came up 4 pounds in a week ... wow ! i am going to run early Tuesday morning and get back on track ... had a salad for lunch and will have another for dinner. It's nice to know how responsive the body is ... whew! Laura is doing so great we are 17 weeks ... super excited ! )
256.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
