I'm dividing my hour of Pilates a day into 15 minutes a day. Given the amount of ten-minute Pilates DVDs, I hope that means will get the same effect as doing a continuous hour. The 15-minute segments recognize I'm now in the Dog Days/Horse Latitudes with temps in the upper eighties and low nineties with accompanying humidity. Also, smaller segments are easier for someone like me with mild ADD.
158.3 lb Lost so far: 5.9 lb.    Still to go: 28.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

I divide my exercise up also through the day. I don't think it matters how you split up, just so long as it's done =)

I need to get back to some exercising ,, Lord I need help ,,, I have been into exercising off & on through out my life after my last knee injury back in 9-2013 ,, I have only been back to the gym a half dozen time ,, I have exercising at home ti-chi and Pilates I just pray I become a daily exerciser proud of you .........
