Feeling good seeing nice little drops this week. Seems like with me it will be stagnant or little gains for weeks then drop a chunk off all at once. Of course the drop weeks like this are so motivating and feel so great - like yay - it's working if I don't give up! Been at this since September and finally feel in a good groove now.
