Feeling good seeing nice little drops this week. Seems like with me it will be stagnant or little gains for weeks then drop a chunk off all at once. Of course the drop weeks like this are so motivating and feel so great - like yay - it's working if I don't give up! Been at this since September and finally feel in a good groove now.
224.8 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I feel like my weight loss journey is very similar 😅 I’ve hit a stagnant period right now and it’s been a bit demotivating. ♥️ You are absolutely right - just have to stay persistent 🤟 those drops are worth it. Congratulations on your drop :)
