Yesterday was the first day that I added another five minutes to my dumbbell routine. I'm now doing 45 minutes three days a week, breaking it up into 15-minute and 30-minute segments. I'm grateful that we're now in the cool-down part of the weather cycle. I'm buying a whole room air circulating fan when we hit three consecutive 90-degree days to keep me on the exercise track.

I'm still losing weight through a combination of intermittent fasting, calorie restriction, and exercise. I think writing these entries and having an online support group helps as well. The bad news: I can still pinch more than an inch of blubber. I'm still dropping despite two slices of pizza yesterday (Naan bread with cheese and tomato sauce).
158.5 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
