after 6 months of forgetting to test my blood sugar I am shocked that in the am it has gone from 101 to 160. I immediately did some research on diabetes and am trying to change my diet from eat everything I want to a more closely diabetic weight loss diet. I love Keto and have lost weight previously using it but the high fat content isn't going to be right for me now. I had a shoulder replacement in October with hospitalization and in Dec I fell and fratured 6 ribs so i am in recovery now and have not been able to consistently go to the pool and exercise since sept and now I am seeing the results of no exercise and eating everything I want.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
