Been a stressful 5 days. I planned to go home for a few weeks for a break. Grandpa was not eating properly or taking care of himself (translate to he was barely eating at all which was just as bad as eating high sugar foods). The night before I planned to leave he fell and couldn't get up so we had to call the ambulance. He's still in the hospital but doing well. Low blood sugar and low sodium but the hospital is making sure he's eating. Take care of yourself people! Don't be stubborn! Planning to stay until Grandpa gets back and then a couple days to make sure they're settled.

Really wish I could convince him to count calories of some kind so he had an imperical way to make sure he was eating enough but I doubt that will happen.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
