I feel as I've I'd hit rock bottom in my life.

I wasn't weigh in in because my mood of that day depended on the results of the scale. And live is short lived.

I knew I gained.

Gotta get a healthy plan back in place, but what sends me spiralling down is being tired, and getting depressed about being tired all of the time.

But really, nothing feels good at this weight. I've started walking for the exercise and the same leg muscle keeps cramping up. And If I can't even walk for exercise, I really don't see a way out of it. Another depressing factor.

I'll try, one day at a time.

And tomorrow is always a new day. Whats done is done. Its up to you to make a fresh start. Don''t dwell on things you can't change yesterday. Today counts! If the scale depress you, chuck them. Eat healthy and feel the energy flowing back into you. Try taking some magnesium for the leg cramps. And even if you can't walk much, go outside and enjoy the fresh air and the sun on your skin. :)
