Experiment over…great example of how a few days of a bad diet can completely derail weight loss. I was already lower than I ever imagined at 158lbs so this doesn’t hurt…but putting on 6 pounds in five days is crazy, right? For many folks it could take 6 weeks to drop those pounds. Cheat day(s) worth it? Your call.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 36.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Could some of it be water retention or sodium? I had a very small AMT of Chinese food last week and gained 2 lbs in one day. Next day it was gone. I think it was too much sodium and preservatives.. Get back on track and I'm sure it will go down quicky 💜💪
