Last weighin at doctor yesterday started this presurgery phase at 344lbs yersterday318lbs I have surprised myself with the devotion to presurgery weight loss I really want this surgery I am a little frightened but mostly to the post surgery adjustment but I will get through it. I have cardiac clearance may27 then back to the surgeon and insurance final steps and off we go before and after here we come!
