This time of year with all the parties is a struggle! Haven't done any walking for a month, and my daily kcal hangs around 2200, while my goal is 1500 max. Today would have been just a 1000, and then I remembered the late afternoon party with the brandy and Coca-Cola. 😂 It's weird recording even that, but I'm not going to cheat myself. Anyway, that added another 1000 kcal for the day.

If my Mars clock will just sync up - since my days are on average 36 hours long, judging by my diary - I may get some exercise tomorrow. And will you people please stop posting such fancy pics of all the snacks you eat! By 23h00 when I update this journal and I take a sneak peak at yours, I can barely hold out the one hour to go for a midnight snack to the fridge.

I'll be back on my exercise routine before end of this year 😉 and hope to get my weight down to 82 on 05 January. And end January, it better be 78 kgs or the bunny gets it!
187.4 lb Lost so far: 33.1 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It really is hard sticking to daily calories this month! 😭 I've been going over my limit every day for 2 weeks now and I'm struggling staying in calorie range. But I'm still trying everyday and keeping everything in moderation! Sticking to workouts helps too! We must just do the best we can, and also remember to just enjoy the holidays. January we go hard again! 😁

Same here, sticking to 1500 a day had become impossible. Yesterday I clocked 2800! I do not want to wait to January to get into the habit of calorie control again, because that will mean a habit needs to be formed all over again, making it a hard month. So I'm going to start exercising tomorrow again, and back on tight control of what I eat. Just now I read that Vladimir Putin is obsessive about what he eats, and he carries a small white cup with him everywhere. Nobody knows what's it is for, like vodka or medicine or measuring food, or what. Interesting. 😁
