Dead Lift 3×15 65% Max
Leg Press 3×10 75 % Max
Hamstring curls 3×10 Max
Squats 3×10 65% Max
and ending with 45 min cardio
It's not how you start... It's how u finish...
So finish strong peep.👍😁🤪
170.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
