Date night Mexican food Chicken Tostadas including some chips and refried beans didn't get me. Scale should have gone boing. Also didn't do anything to Hubby's fasting blood sugar. Not sure but I'm thinking being on plan Ketovore the previous 10 days is what made the difference. Of course, I could wake up tomorrow 2 lbs heavier with a delayed reaction.
157.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
