Yesterday I had to get some fasting blood work done so I made it a rest day. I ate way under my calorie goal but met my protein goal, and I did not meet some activity goals. 1609 kcal deficit // BF↓0.1% // missed Sleep Goal // Lift Day!!!
151.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
