I am literally disgusted with myself. I am also worried that the new medication (Effexor XR) is going to aid me in packing on more weight. I don’t know what to do..

197.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 37.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I’ve gained some weight with antidepressants too, but I know my mental health is worth treating too. Hopefully you’ll get into a good place soon! Hang in there.
