One more week to go.👍🏻🤞🏻

Almost back at target Suma, so another week and I’ll be under 76kg, Then the week after , my aim is to have some days off from running (I’ve ran everyday for 9 weeks so far) and try again at maintaining, as the first try was not successful, I gained weight from doing weights,(and upping my calories) the more muscle I got, the hungrier I got, and then I started spiralling out of control, eating too many treats, too much bread and because I was working 5 days a week, so only 2 days running and gym, I went up to 90kg, ( if I was still going to the gym 5 days there would of been no issue) I’ve now lost that 14kg in the past 9 weeks from strictness and discipline, so will continue to run before work at least 5 days a week, and do strength training 2 days a week , and hopefully this time I can find the balance I’m looking for, This has been mentally challenging these past months, and some days I’ve struggled, it just shows , this is a long term journey, it’s not a quick fix for any of us. 💪🏻🤞🏻

Paula- This time (unlike the first time, where I just lost weight first, then started putting on muscle bulk) I’ve carried on putting in a lot of time weight training and keeping and improving the muscle mass I have 💪🏻 While upping the cardio to lose the fat, so at the moment, I’m happy(ish) with my shape , the aim is to stay at 76kg (maximum) so let’s see how it goes this time 🤞🏻

Thanks Nadia, we can achieve anything if we can remain disciplined, and I know you’ll get where you want to be, weirdly, eating more for you( then the 800 calories) will push your body out of starvation mode, and into fat burning mode, try and stick to about 1200 calories a day, but most importantly, don’t be hard on yourself if some days you just can’t, (some days our body knows we need to eat a bit more) if you need any advice, It’s no bother at all. 👍🏻🤞🏻

Bless ur kind soul Jamie ..... I will never give up ..... and will do my best to get there ..... the fear of going back to 130kgs is what always keeps me going for me it's a lot of health issues walking and being independent since the brain injury everything has become a bit harder but having friends like u & all the members here has made a massive difference to my life so thank you ♥️ xx
