Weight is... the same. Boooooo. I'm going to have to take a closer look at my diet. I haven't really changed much lately, but it could probably use some improvement.

Yesterday I ran a race. Except I'm the only person that knows. The guy I was racing against was clueless... sort of. LOL What happened was that on the last mile of my 3 mile run yesterday a guy was warming up at about the 1/4 mile mark. When he saw me I guess he figured I was an easy target and he was going to pass me up. It was my job to make sure I proved him wrong. As soon as I passed him I heard his footsteps slapping the sidewalk and I knew he was tailing me. I was warmed up from already running two miles so I picked up my pace to try to wear him out from the beginning. He stayed about ten feet behind me until the 1/2 mile mark and then... HE CUT IN LINE! He cut the course, ran through the grass to end up about ten feet in front of me. So in a moment of Elementary-School-style-no-cutting-in-line-rage I sped up again and got right behind him. Close enough that he had to keep picking up his pace just so I wouldn't run over him. Then I got right beside him and kept slowly picking up the pace knowing he would try to keep up. By the time we got to the 3/4 mile mark he was panting like a dog. I made a final push and he finally couldn't take it any more. He let out a groan and pulled off to the grass to walk and catch his breath while I finished my last mile.

VICTORY!!! I think. LOL I guess now I'm officially a running bully.

Now if only I could run that fast during my races I might have better times.
