Completely slipped up last week. While still recording everything, I did not keep my mouth shut. I've been rewarded with an extra kilogram. Even if I should go sit in the corner to punish myself, I'd probably sneak a snack with me.
185.2 lb Lost so far: 35.3 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
