Ran yesterday excellent run .... no pain walked 1.2 miles ran 1 mile (10min mile) BF-34 Hydration-47.5 i am going to try a different longer running route.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
