Even thought I did have pizza slices yesterday because I ran to Sam's and back to biz. I did squish as much of fat from them with tons of napkins. I didn't overeat, stayed in the calorie mumber I have designated for myself. The good thing is loading the truck, unloading it, sweating in the 85 degrees yesterday was good work out day :). Not to mention letting dogs out in the heat.
307.6 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 112.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
