Slept total of 8.6hrs last night. To bed 254am. To sleep 130am. Awake 733am(4.4hrs). back to sleep 955am. Awake 1205pm.(4.2hrs)
BM 1213pm.

B 158pm: multigrain toast, salsa, 1 egg+ w egg white scrambled, 1/4 avocado, sunflower seeds, kiwi, coffee, 3 water
L 500pm: baby spinach, Greek salad w vinaigrette, feta, 2 water
D 914pm: 4 bean linguine, broccoli, asparagus & onion with skim milk sauce & Parmesan, 2 water
Sn 1017pm: orange, 2 water, mixed nuts


There is something to this added protein & nuts... I am losing weight again, despite the increased calories and I am 'daily regular' for the last 5 days. That had not happened in many, many years.
286.8 lb Lost so far: 59.2 lb.    Still to go: 140.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
