Bad accident with truck sat. I am hurt bad.I thought I was dead. Diet seems pretty small in comparison. Cant move and in alot of pain. Crap

318.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb. Still to go: 128.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you this is worse than any surgery I have ever had.Just always seems that when I really try to get my eating under control some crap happens. Again thank you
