Took so long for a little bounce back up. Also had 850 calories of charcuterie for dinner last night. The baking brie from Aldi with honey and pecans was totally worth it. So delicious.
145.6 lb Lost so far: 56.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
